Excellent air tightness and water tightness : .

The design concept of unit curtain wall design is adopted. There are multiple rubber strip waterproof systems on the vertical side. Equal-pressure water-proof system is adopted. And the horizontal sink and drainage hole are designed to drain water, and waterproof rubber strips are set to block water. The whole curtain wall panel has independent water tightness and air seal, which meets the requirements of gas tightness and water tightness of building curtain wall. It is unnecessary to set an independent aluminum panel or galvanized steel panel on the back of UHPC panel as waterproof panel.

Excellent heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation :

The assembled UHPC panel+post-insulation rock wool system has no thermal bridge phenomenon, which meets the requirements of thermal preservation and thermal insulation of the building curtain wall, the thermal conductivity coefficient < 0.1W/m. K, and the excellent heat preservation, heat insulation performance meets the low-carbon requirement in building use. The air sound insulation performance of the curtain wall RWij 2 50dB, reaches the highest level of the grading standard of the air sound insulation performance of the building curtain wall, meets the air sound insulation requirement of the high-requirement residential household wall, and can be directly used in the curtain wall of the building and the position of the household wall in the building. The noise reduction cofficient (NRC) of the combination of 50mm thick rock wool+UHPC panel can reach more than 0.9, and the sound insulation performance is better than that of ordinary lightweight partition panel.

Excellent safety performance :

Through the optimized design, the surface load borne by the panel is transmitted to the steel wire embedded in the UHPC panel through the panel, and then transmitted to the embedded anchor connected with the steel wire at the two ends of the panel through the steel wire, and then transferred to the reinforcing rib on the back and the four U-shaped mounting lugs of the panel through the sleeve, the mounting lug is directly connected with the main body structure through a connecting piece. This design greatly enhances the safety of the panel, ensuring that the panel can maintain a direct connection with the main structure even if this panel suffers a sudden impact that exceeds the design prediction after the panel is damaged, so that the UHPC panel is firmly connected with the main structure without falling. The fiber inside the UHPC panel ensures that the panel will not have brittle failure even if the panel is damaged, ensuring the integrity of the panel.
