Product Content Introduction
The "YKY" heavy duty non-metallic UHPC channel cover is made of self-developed high-performance UHPC premix as the base material, adds nano-scale fiber, and uses inorganic fiber reinforcement as the framework. The integral pouring process is applied for vibrating and compacting and high-temperature steam curing. The manufactured product has excellent mechanical properties, and also has the durability of carbonization resistance, chloride ion corrosion resistance, sulfate corrosion resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and other durability. Because there is no metal material in the raw materials, electromagnetic signals are not shielded, and the dead load g=1.5kN/m', live load 50kN/m2 and equivalent equivalent conversion load of wheel pressure 60KN shall be achieved.
Product Application :
The "YKY" standard heavy duty non-metal UHPC groove cover panel can be applied to places that require no shielding, no interference with electromagnetic signals and have high load requirements. For example: on the weak current trunking of public buildings such as exhibition center, sports venues and other public buildings, the upper end of outdoor trunking such as telecommunication, and the upper end of trunking required to transmit signals such as power grid.
